Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Nateen Canada. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, due to the nature of the product we revise each case for a return or exchange on an individual basis.

Return Process

In order to start a return you can contact us at support@nateen-canada.ca, where we can revise and start your return/exchange case.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and your request must be made within 30 days of your purchase. If the item was purchased by the case, unopened bags are permitted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it is approved. Please allow us at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process it. If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or your account, within 10 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange your purchase due to sizing or preference, send us an email at support@nateen-canada.ca. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

-Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or items on promotion cannot be refunded.

Refund Policy

Cancel Order

We try to ship orders as fast as possible and as a result we might not be able to cancel your order in time. If you want to cancel your order you need to send an email or through our contact form as soon as possible. If we are able to cancel your order before it ships we will issue a refund in the next 1 - 2 days. If we are unable to cancel the order you need to return the item to us before we can do a refund, you need to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us. As a reference our main warehouse is located in North York Ontario.

Undeliverable Order

If your order is undeliverable because of issues with the address (wrong address, missing information, etc)  the shipper might return the item back to us. In these situations we will refund the item to the buyer minus shipping costs (shipping cost + return cost), the shipping cost is the cost charged to Nateen Canada by the shipping company and not the one we charged our customer as this is usually heavily subsidized by Nateen Canada. In all situations the shipping company will try to contact you to arrange delivery or pick-up at another location before returning the item

Damaged Items

If your items are damaged, please send us an email to info@nateen-canada.ca if the shipping box is damaged causing your items to be damaged we will launch an investigation with the shipping company to identify the issue and issue a refund for part or the whole order. If the product is factory damaged please send us pictures of every damaged item and the BATCH number included in all bags in the front side starts with BATCH NO: PRCxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Once we receive this information we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

Opened Items

Due to the nature of our products opened items are not returnable nor refundable. You can always donate them to someone in need!
