SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping in all orders of $45+
For all other orders Shipping cost will be a flat rate, see table above
Nateen North America ships to all Canada and USA within 3 - 5 business days
Within the GTA most orders are delivered in 1 - 3 business days.
We have warehouses across the US and Canada however, most of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, ON, Canada. We will always do our best to deliver all orders to the US and Canada within 3 - 5 business days however in some occasions it might take longer.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, if you do we will ask for an alternative address and in some cases an extra fee might be required
Orders received before 11am (EST) are processed same day, the rest will be processed next day.
Carriers do not pick-up orders on weekends, if your order was received on Friday after 11am even if its processed it will be picked up by the carrier on Monday, Orders received during the weekend will be processed on Monday.
During holidays and holiday season orders might take longer to get processed and delivered due to high volume.
