    XL & XXL fits very small

    I had initially ordered the XL (up to 55 lbs) diaper and they were too small. I reached out to the customer service and didn’t hear back although they had been very responsive pre-purchase. I then decided to take a risk and order the next size up and purchased the XXL, they arrived and are not big enough for my 5 1/2-year-old 50-pound child. I am disappointed with how narrow the fit is. The back panel is very small. My child currently fits a size 6 diaper, so I believed the next size up with Nateen being a specialty size diaper but fitting smaller than a regular size 6, is very suprising and sadly unusable.

    I am really sorry that customer support did not reply to you. Usually they are super responsive and if they are not available they will reply as soon as they get back!

    Very absorbent but the materials are very weak. I don’t think these should be rated for the weight class you show
